  1. Custom-Made Orders: Every piece at TEEFUSION is custom-made as per your demand, ensuring you get a unique, high-quality product tailored to your style. As a result, orders take approximately 7 to 10 days to arrive.

  2. Shipping Locations: We currently offer shipping across Pakistan and internationally. No matter where you are, you can express your unique vibe with TEEFUSION.

  3. Processing Time: Once your order is placed, our team works quickly to craft and prepare it for shipping. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, but please note that during peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

  4. Shipping Time:

    • Domestic Shipping (Pakistan): Estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days, including production time.
    • International Shipping: Delivery times vary based on the destination, but most international orders will arrive within 7-14 business days.
  5. Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free shipping on all orders over a certain amount, which will be clearly stated during checkout.

  6. Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, so you can keep tabs on your package every step of the way. If you encounter any issues or delays, our customer service team is here to help.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your TEEFUSION experience, so if you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our return and exchange policy is designed to be as straightforward and customer-friendly as possible.

  1. Return Timeframe: You have 07 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or report an issue with your order. Please note that since every piece is custom-made, refunds are not applicable unless there is a mistake in color, size, or print.

  2. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges: To be eligible for an exchange or correction, your item must be:

    • Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it.
    • With all original tags and packaging still attached.
    • Purchased directly from our website (items bought from other retailers cannot be returned to us).

3. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as sale or discounted items, customized pieces, or products with hygiene seals (e.g., hats, socks), may not be eligible for returns or exchanges. Please check the product description before purchase.

4. Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange:

  • Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Once approved, we’ll provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.
  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

5. Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll guide you through the exchange process and ensure you get the right fit. If the new item is not available, we will offer you a refund.
